PUBLIC YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

Thanks to Brilliant Detroit,  families throughout Detroit get a chance to practice yoga at no-cost in one of their neighborhood hubs. 

Since 2018, Yoganic Flow has offered FREE YOGA every summer at the historic Eastern Market. Join us on Tuesdays in 2021!

Thanks to Sidewalk Detroit we've shared free yoga at Eliza Howell Park and online. For 4 years, we've made yoga more accessible!

Certified Yoganic Flow teachers bring trauma-informed yoga to the youth home, Vista Maria. 13-20 year olds learn social-emotional skills. 

In Partnership with urban school districts in the Metro Detroit area, Yoganic Flow teachers share yoga with elementary school students.

Yoganic Flow partners with senior centers throughout the Detroit community to share the healing benefits of yoga with local seniors.
