YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Kelli was first introduced to yoga at a young age through gymnastics in an afterschool program — though at the time, no one officially called it yoga. The seeds were planted early. Years later, after college, my mom suggested I try a yoga class, believing it would be something I’d truly connect with. She was absolutely right. After our first class together, I continued practicing on my own, and over time yoga became my refuge during life’s most stressful seasons. From the beginning, it has brought me peace, structure, and balance.
With encouragement from close family and friends, I pursued my first teacher training through Yoganic Flow’s 200-hour community-based Yoga Teacher Training. That experience deepened my understanding of yoga as both a personal discipline and a form of service. It affirmed my desire to give back and offer to others what the practice has given to me.
Currently, I am pursuing certification as a Yoga Therapist, continuing to explore the powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit and the role that connection plays in overall health. My hope is that each class I teach serves as nourishment — supporting healing, awareness, and balance in whatever way is needed.
