YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Growing up in a hyper-stimulated environment, Ivianna found few stress management techniques discussed at home to soothe and balance her restless mind. In 2021, after leaving an abusive relationship, she embarked on a mission to heal from the inside out by embracing a personal yoga practice.
Ivianna's aim was clear: to invite more peace and stability into her life. She dove deep into Vipassana meditation and Vinyasa flows, cultivating a strong foundation for her practice. After a year of solo exploration, she yearned for connection with like-minded individuals who shared her passion for yoga.
Venturing into Hatha yoga classes, Ivianna discovered a vibrant community that opened her eyes to yoga's universal appeal. She realized that yoga offers far more than just physical benefits It heals the spirit, Strengthens the body, Brings communities together and, so much more.
Through dedicated meditation and intentional movement, both peace and discipline became welcome realities in Ivianna's life. Her journey exemplifies the transformative power of yoga, demonstrating its ability to foster personal growth and resilience.
Today, Ivianna continues to deepen her practice while pursuing her academic goals. You can find her studying graphic design and development at Wayne State University, where she brings the mindfulness and creativity cultivated through yoga into her academic pursuits.
