YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Alyssa was introduced to yoga in high school when a friend encouraged her to attend a hot vinyasa class at a local studio. In college, Alyssa began to develop a regular practice and found yoga to be a great way to build community and deepen her sense of self.
Almost 10 years later, Alyssa uses yoga as a form of “therapy” to practice mindfulness, introspection and somatics. Alyssa is currently a MSW student and enjoys bringing what she learns in the classroom onto the mat as a way of integrating physical wellness with mental wellness.
