Asha Shaw began practicing yoga in her college dorm in 2015. She found that yoga was perfect for helping her manage the stresses of college life. She maintained a steady home practice while occasionally visiting the local yoga studio in her college town. Upon her return to her hometown of Detroit, Asha found found Yoganic Flow and instantly felt at home. Since then, Asha has completed her yoga teacher training with Yoganic Flow and continues to share her practice with her community. Through this beautiful practice of yoga, Asha is reminded of the importance of living in the present and breathing the most intentional, life sustaining breaths.
