Nyeesha found the benefits of meditation and yoga after graduating from college and beginning her corporate career. She found the stresses of work life to be way more manageable while having a consistent meditation and yoga practice. While trying to find a home studio that is both diverse and community based she came across Yoganic Flow and immediately knew she found the organization for her.
Shortly after quitting her corporate job, she realized she had a passion for introducing everyone around her to the practice that kept her balanced in the midst of high level stress. Since then, she has completed her yoga teacher training with Yoganic Flow and continues to find ways to introduce yoga and meditation to her community.
Practice with Nyeesha virtually on Monday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm.
