- Combine discussion, demonstration and practice
- Explore various breathing and meditation techniques
- Introduce common yoga poses at a leisurely pace, step-by-step, with in-depth alignment instruction
- Deepen your understanding of yoga and strengthen your foundation (if you already have some experience practicing yoga)
In addition to learning the foundational poses and fundamental philosophy that yoga is built on you’ll also be provided with snacks and refreshments to enjoy during Q&A.
