Class Schedule

To attend Community Yoga Classes at a Detroit Department of Recreation center near you (Kemeny, Young, or Clemente)

1. Purchase a membership to one or all of the listed Recreation Centers, HERE

-$10 annual membership at the Detroit Parks and Recreation Department (DPRD) locations. Required for entry.

-Membership is FREE for Senior Citizens at DPRD!

2. Arrive early to complete the Yoganic Flow waiver & sign-in sheet.

3. Attend Yoganic Flow classes for only $5 (per class) at Kemeny, Young, and/or Clemente)

*People for Palmer Park membership $20 annually for Yoga Students. Register before class at the sign-in desk.

Donations are accepted to support our efforts to continue to make the mental and physical health benefits of yoga accessible in the urban community 


When you attend a Yoganic Flow yoga class you will be guided by a Certified, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Our experienced yoga instructors accommodate students of all skill levels. Students are taught pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (yoga postures) to relax the body and calm the mind while simultaneously strengthening their bodies mentally and physically.
