Join Yoganic Flow and Mo Better Body TOMORROW at 6pm at Bert’s Warehouse Theater for: NATURAL STRESS HACKS

Celebrate the 50th Annual Flower Day at Detroit Mercantile with a pop-up coffee and bonbon garden featuring Drifter Coffee (Drifter-in the adorable little two-tone trailer) Bon bon bon (local confectioners extraordinaire) and outdoor yoga provided by Yoganic Flow on green grass. We hope you’ll stop by and namaste all day.
Yoganic Flow outdoor yoga classes will be held this summer, on Saturday mornings May 21-August 27, 2016 from 9:00-10:00am. These classes are for ALL skill levels. The classes are provided at no-cost to the community. Join us on the Lawn near Splash Park parking lot, in front of the community garden.
Bring your own mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely. We will add extra Saturday morning classes in September to make up for classes cancelled due to rain. Check our social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) 1 hour before class to learn if class is cancelled or not due to weather conditions. You can also follow the People for Palmer Park on Facebook for weather updates each week.
