Anita Vasudevan is a lifelong yoga practitioner and has been teaching yoga since 2012. Her practice is inspired by her grandmother’s and continues to grow with each day. She believes in the healing power of the breath to bring clarity, compassion, and purpose to every person’s life, and she seeks to share with her students the transformative effect of taking time to take care of body, mind, and spirit. Therefore, she studied yoga and completed her RYT-200 hour yoga teacher training from Updog Yoga in Rochester, Michigan. She believes together, we create a community of intention and awareness, both on and off our mats. Currently, Anita Vasudevan is attending medical school at the University of Michigan and is still making time to teach a couple Yoganic Flow community Yoga classes.
