Claire was introduced to yoga in 2011 when her mother, who managed a yoga studio at the time, insisted she immerse herself in the practice to assist with body tension from swimming, as well as anxiety. After diving into the physical practice of yoga, Claire realized quickly that it was not only changing my body, but life-changing. The philosophy behind the practice, linked to the body awareness that it created drew her in and she knew that she wanted to spend her life sharing it in any way that she could.
She became Yoga Alliance certified in the spring of 2014 and has been teaching ever since. She was able to take my teaching to the West side of the state through college, and is now back on the East side and so excited to be a part of this community. Claire’s practice is rooted not only in the physical practice of asana, but also the philosophy behind it. She truly believes this healing practice has life changing effects and can benefit anyone willing to try!
